National CineMedia (NCM) is a theatre owned cinema programming company which represents approximately 1,100 theatres and nearly 12,000 screens in 43 states. Owned by both AMC Theatres and the Regal Entertainment Group, NCM represents approximately 30% of the screens in the United States.
National CineMedia focuses exclusively on the expansion of high-margin ancillary businesses and the creation of new complementary business lines that leverage our theatre owner's existing asset and customer bases. The three primary existing business lines include Advertising, CineMeetings, and Alternative In-Theatre Programming. We are also building the largest digital network among U.S. theatre operators for the provision of advertising and supporting other NCM business initiatives.
